Underfloor Heating & Liquid Screed for Returning Customer in Shropshire

Brief

A returning customer approached EasyFlow to install a 100sqm underfloor heating system that would integrate seamlessly with their newly installed air source heat pump. Due to restricted floor height allowances, a specialist solution was required, combining thermal efficiency with minimal build-up. The project required not only high-performance materials but also a flexible installation partner who could support other on-site needs during a busy renovation phase.

Key Considerations

Our pre-installation survey identified that groundwork was still in progress. Rather than delaying the job, our team adapted by assisting with the installation of a Radon barrier to ensure work could continue smoothly.

Limited floor depth meant a low-profile underfloor heating system was essential, and the liquid screed had to deliver both strength and performance. This level of adaptability and attention to detail reflects our commitment to long-term client relationships.

What We Achieved

Following our initial support, we installed thermal insulation provided by the client and laid the underfloor heating system, ensuring it was pressure tested for reliability. We then applied an extra-strong liquid screed; designed for enhanced durability and compatibility with renewable systems.

The result was a high-quality, on schedule installation that maximised floor space without compromising efficiency. The finished system delivers energy-saving heating with minimal height impact, reinforcing our reputation for precision work and responsive service.
