New Property in Condover

Easyflow was contracted by a local house builder to supply and install the underfloor heating and liquid floor screed to the ground floor of a new build house in Condover, Shrewsbury.

The ground floor was made up of six rooms over 106sqm. The system was designed to meet the developers’ requirements as well the required U Values.

After installation the underfloor heating was pressure tested with water before installing 60mm liquid floor screed to meet the necessary levels.
