Project Details

The project required careful planning to integrate the underfloor heating system with an existing concrete subfloor. Our team laid insulation boards, positioned the pipework accurately, and connected the system to the manifold, following best practice standards to maximise efficiency.

Once the heating installation was complete, liquid floor screeding was applied across the entire area, providing a smooth, durable base ready for final finishes. Attention to detail during this stage ensures the screed dries evenly, minimising any risk of uneven surfaces and helping the heating system perform perfectly.

Budgeting and efficiency were also key considerations, as we calculated liquid screed cost per m3 inline with the project specifications without compromising quality or performance.
