New Community Centre, Wembley

Brief

In June 2016 Easyflow worked with a developer to supply, pump and install 50m3 of anhydrite liquid floor screed for the new community centre as part of the Sikh Temple on Ealing Road in Wembley.

Key Considerations

We were concerned about high depths having conducted a laser level survey of the site, we therefore recommended a 25mm extruded polystyrene (EPS) insulation to bring the screed depths down and reduce drying times as well as cost.

What We Achieved

Our team carried out all floor preparation of the ground and first floors including the installation of a 1200 gauge damp proof membrane and 8mm perimeter edging foam needed for expansion.
